Feature Project:
Suffolk Park, NSW - Exterior Works & Laundry Upgrade

Stoic Projects were engaged to undertake exterior works of a residency in Suffolk Park. This included pressure clean and repair damaged cladding, replace timber awning with modwood and paint the entire house exterior. Minor works were also undertaken within the laundry and internal stairway.

The team oversaw all project deliverables, providing the client with a single point of communication and responsibility through Stoic Projects Construction Director Jordan. We nominated and engaged the relevant consultants and managed their deliverables and quality of workmanship. The budget was developed early and managed throughout the project to ensure we delivered upon the aspirational and functional brief requirements. The project was completed March 2023.
